Joanna Cabral has more than two decades of experience building and managing the operational infrastructure that enables mission-driven organizations to deploy resources with rigor, equity, and lasting impact. She has held senior leadership roles at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, JPMorgan Chase, and Salesforce, where she directed grantmaking operations, managed complex cross-functional initiatives, and developed the governance frameworks that allow programs to scale effectively. Her expertise spans budget development and fiscal oversight for portfolios exceeding $100 million, policy and compliance infrastructure, technology systems implementation, and staff leadership.
